Discovering what seasonal products and produce will be the raw ingredients for creating meals in my kitchen, or the treats I will nibble at my table. Bakery, chocolate, cheese shops, dairy, the family owned stores; I want to know where my food comes from, developing rapport with the people who grow and produce what I am eating.
